Columbus is a city in and the county seat of Bartholomew County, Indiana, United States. Columbus is a city in southern Indiana and the seat of Bartholomew County. The American Institute of Architects ranked Columbus, Indiana, sixth in the country for architectural innovation. Not only did I not know about all these interesting things, but I didn't even know that there was a Columbus in Indiana.
Later, Tipton was appointed highway commissioner for the state of Indiana and was assigned to build a highway from Indianapolis, Indiana, to Louisville, Kentucky. Columbus is the birthplace of former Indiana Governor and former Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence. Columbus is centrally located between Indianapolis, Louisville and Cincinnati, making Columbus a great day trip.
